Job Description

Seymour Pacific Developments is currently looking for Civil Operators to join our team in Campbell River, BC. Civil Operators are responsible for ensuring the successful excavation of multi-building, multi-family, residential and commercial sites.Your contributions to the team:Excavation Operators 1: Finish Operator

  • To safely and efficiently operate the following equipment:
    • Hydraulic Excavators
    • 6 Way Dozer
    • Loader
Excavation Operator 2
  • To operate different construction equipment on-site ranging from hand compaction to the following equipment. This person will assume labour duties as assigned.
    • Skid Steer
    • Packers
    • Rock Truck
What you need to be successful:
  • Experience in residential excavation, grading and utilities.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Understanding of civil construction fundamentals
