The CRM takes the lead role in community engagement, networking, event planning and logistics, and sales activities to support occupancy goals.

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and prepare advertising campaigns
  • Plan, organize and manage marketing and social events
  • Conduct tours, manage inquiries, and follow up on leads in timely manner
  • Forecasting and monitoring marketing expenditures and managing the marketing budget
Compensation, Benefits & Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday (some evening and weekend work to accommodate large events, trade shows and community engagement activities)
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm) – must be flexible with hours to meet operational requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Well developed interpersonal, presentation and sales skills
  • Flare for creativity, innovation and seeing the bigger picture
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, while engaging support from the management team
  • Demonstrated ability to write marketing and communication materials
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing priorities and problem solving under pressure of competing demands
Qualifications:
  • Three to five years experience in a sales and marketing management capacity (preference given to those with experience in the seniors housing industry)
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications and experience will be considered
  • Proficient and experienced with relevant software applications including MS Office, Marketing Database Systems, Adobe Design Suite, and Publisher
  • Experience in all aspects of designing and executing marketing and sales strategies
