Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting our marketing efforts across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a creative mindset, and possess strong analytical skills. This role will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, optimize online presence, and drive engagement.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring of comments/messages.
  • Create and implement digital marketing assets, content, campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant internship.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited toCanva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Lightroom Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and graphic design skills is a plus.
