Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleIn this exciting role, the Front of House Manager will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! The Front of House Manager is responsible for planning and organizing the operations of The Velocity Loungeamp; Driving Range, which includes eight driving range bays outfitted with the latest in digital Toptracer technology and offering full table service. The Front of House Manager will ensure that the lounge runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets established standards.A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

  • 3+ years management experience in a restaurant or lounge setting.
  • Serving it Right certificate required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to function independently and under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.,
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical and administrative skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Food Safe training considered an asset.
  • First Aid skills/training considered an asset.
