Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Golf Course Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the golf course as well as the equipment. They are responsible for all physical labor on the golf course, such as bunker raking and editing, like trimming, hand-mowing, sodding, etc. they will be capable of the physical labor required for their jobs, such as shoveling dirt/sand, operating line trimmer, hand mowing, laying sod, etc. Each Technician is responsible for all care and maintenance course-wide and undertakes related work as required.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Operate mowers and string trimmers for greens, tees, banks, and hillsides.
  • Line trim and hand-mow, lift and lay sod, rake leaves and weed mulch beds.
  • Maintain fuel and fluid levels for all equipment daily.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • Physical strength, stamina, and agility to perform demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work early mornings.
  • Strong listening skills for following written or oral directions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with hand power tools and landscaping equipment an asset.
  • Knowledge of the game of golf, or willingness to learn.
