Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Dining Room Host is responsible for warmly greeting and directing guests as they arrive at the Restaurant. As the first point of contact, the Host is responsible for making a lasting impression with our guests, and ensuring that they are greeted, checked in, and provided wait time information to the highest standard.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Warmly welcome guests to the restaurant and take them to their seat.
  • Monitor tables to ensure fair distribution among servers.
  • Answer incoming calls and address guest queries.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar areas.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Working knowledge of Silverware POS System an asset.
  • Previous experience as a Host is an asset.
