Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team, the Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Rooms to ensure a high level of cleanliness, resort wide. In this challenging role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee employees in the Rooms department, including rooms, laundry, and custodial, including the development and engagement of the team. Your contributions to the team include:

  • Overseeing the work of Room Attendants and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of designated hotel areas.
  • Assisting with daily management tasks such as scheduling, training, and inventory.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • 2 years plus of progressive work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Previous experience developing and managing a team.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards.
  • Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • High level of communication and customer service skills.
