Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant staff including supervision of servers, bartenders, and hosts. The Restaurant Supervisor must consistently be friendly, helpful, and professional to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Organize and allocate tables prior to shift for service staff.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolving conflict.
  • Engage in guest interactions and ensure all guest interactions are up to standard.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • 2+ years’ progressive experience in the food industry.
  • 2+ years’ progressive experience working in a supervisor role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mix cocktails and pour drinks.
  • Serving It Right Certification
  • Food Safe Certification is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective communication both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Working knowledge of Silverware POS System.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Experience in demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Customer-oriented and an outstanding problem solver.
