Destination Campbell River operates the Campbell River Visitor Centre located in downtown Campbell River. Our top priority is connecting with visitors in a meaningful and efficient way, sharing Campbell River’s story and the unique possibilities that can be discovered within and around our community and region.We are searching for the ideal individual to join our Visitor Services team for the 2022 Summer Season as a Visitor Services Event Administrator, you will have a unique opportunity to act as an ambassador for Campbell River, Strathcona Region and the surrounding area. Through the delivery of exemplary visitor and customer services by sharing your passion and knowledge of Campbell River and the region with travellers, residents and the community alike.Position Responsibilities: The Visitor Services Event Administrator has a strong appreciation for the importance of providing exceptional customer service and will actively seek means to improve visitors and the locals experiences. The Visitor Services Event Administrator will attend the Summer events throughout Campbell River and engage with visitors and locals with event activations such as games, visitor services,etc. When not working at events, the Visitor Services Event Administrator will be providing support in the Visitor Centre.
