Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Spa Attendant plays a vital role in catering to the needs of all guests, and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in the spa environment. Their responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa, locker rooms, and pool lounge. Additionally, they provide guests with tours of the locker room and pool area and help coordinate their treatment schedules. The Spa Attendant will also advise guests on Spa treatment options and ensure they have the best possible spa experience.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and comfortable in the spa environment.
  • Assist guests to and from their treatment rooms and provide tours of the locker rooms and different Spa areas.
  • Performing daily cleaning and maintenance of spa equipment, such as relaxation lounges, shower areas, indoor pool, and other physical tasks.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • 1-2 years of guest service experience.
  • Previous Spa or Hospitality experience an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with compact timeframes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to assess a situation for danger or safety issues and act accordingly.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
  • Physically able to lift up to 75lbs, reach, stretch, bend, and walk for an extended period.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
