We are looking to establish long-term relationship with an experienced Video Editor to help us regularly edit and prepare promotional video testimonials for our websites. The project been started a few years ago and each year we produce about 20-50 video testimonials of guests’ health results. See samples.CompensationFixed Price $50 CAD per testimonial (final cut). Fixed rate is none negotiable, regardless of your hourly rates or experience.(Final cut testimonials range anywhere from 15-30 min, depending on a number of cuts you’ll need to do from an original interview.)Normally youll spend 1-2 hrs per testimonial. Most consuming task is creating seamless transitions...and it will depend on your skill level and English language skills.Payment:Each batch is paid through bank wire transfer upon completion or by PayPal in CAD.Additional expenses: would you need to purchase additional animation, music or graphics, please submit a request for an approval to the project manager. Once we’ve paid, we’ll send ou links to the files.First Project:Batch of 24 testimonials: they are ready and we need to get them completed by the end of January or sooner.DISCLAIMER: Well ask you to prepare one testimonial, to see how well you work and whether we both enjoy interaction. If Program Manager is happy with your work, well assign you the rest of the project.Apply only if you are experienced, ready to create high quality videos, have excellent time management, estimation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.How we work:Preparation: After we’ve shot the video, our team prepares a file of what we need to cut out. Your part is to do the cuts and create a seamless video.Revision 1: we review your first draft and provide feedback. Sometimes you may cut out more, sometimes add back some pieces. During this stage is the most important to ensure, there is smooth, logical flow between cuts & transitions.Revision 2: another review after you’ve tweaked and polished up.Final Cut: you provide with a MP4, which we’ll be used in various locations on sites.Raw Project files:We ask you to either upload the files to our Box Cloud account or keep on your end for the next few years, as the project will continue for quite a few more years.We are ready to start on the project ASAP.
