Overview:The Process Analyst supports the efficiency improvement and overall optimization of our manufacturing processes and equipment. Working closely with Engineering and Maintenance, the person in this position would identify opportunities to support process improvements and efficiencies using metrics and data as validation.As IT Support you would ensure all employees, production and administrative, have the technical tools required to function in their relative positions. You would be the Microsoft Office, RedZRedZone, HRIS, subject matter expert.Responsibilities:Working with the Process Engineer you would investigate issues that arise in operations that impeded optimal process flow, lead corrective action activities and develop/maintain metrics.The IT portion of this position is supported by Corporate IT and professional outside vendors. You would manage the company server and all related functions, while providing ongoing technical support for all systems used throughout the facility.Qualifications:You will require post-secondary education in the Engineering field to be successful in this role. Demonstrated understanding of process analysis and CI concepts are required. You must be proficient in current computer sofware including Microsoft Office and have experience with RedZone or similar production metrics sofware.
