Reporting to and under the direction of the Manager, the Admin Support III performs a variety of administrative andclerical duties in support of professional staff. Uses judgement in prioritizing work to meet time lines, reviews work forcompleteness and adherence to procedures. Representative duties may include: coordinating daily appointments of themanager; preparation of materials and agendas for monthly staff meetings; maintain and distribute resident cash float asneeded; and maintain documentation required by Standards.QUALIFICATIONS:(Education; Experience/Training; Knowledge; Licenses/Certificates; Membership Requirements)
