Job Description

We are looking for someone who will serve our guests well and provide information to help with food and beverage selections; present order choices; and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.Server Job Duties:

  • Servers must be on their feet for long periods of time.
  • Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
  • Team player.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
  • Quick thinking.
  • Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware/food.
  • Great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
  • Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
  • Take beverage and food orders.
  • Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
  • Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
  • Clear dirty dishes from table.
  • Refill beverages throughout the meal.
  • Be able to scan the room to determine if guests need anything.
  • Efficient movement through the area, multi-tasking as you go.
  • Deliver guest’s bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant.
  • Work with other servers and be a team player.
  • Cleaning, stocking.
Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00 per hourAdditional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Camrose, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • serving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • ProServe (preferred)
