Reporting to the Manager, the GPNA provides assistance to the professional nurse (RN/RPN) in the provision of nursingservices in a Continuing Care environment. The GPNA accountable for the activities and tasks assigned to them, providingcare within the boundaries of their knowledge and competency. The GPNA is responsible for knowing and declining whencare that needs to be provided exceeds their level of competence.
