Reporting to the Manager, the Resident Support Aide provides assistance to the professional nurse (RN/RPN) in theprovision of nursing services in a Continuing Care environment. The Resident Support Aide is accountable for theactivities and tasks assigned to them, providing care within the boundaries of their knowledge and competency. TheResident Support Aide is responsible for knowing and declining when care that needs to be provided exceeds their levelof competence.
