Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Bath Fitter, you will work in collaboration with business leaders and users across Canada and US to understand business requirements and propose solutions to process, products, services, software and hardware. Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Lead the capture and review of business needs to help determine areas of growth.
  • Establish integration, test, development tasks and ensure traceability for deliveries.
  • Document the tests and present analyses, conclusions and recommendations to the department head and requesters.
  • Forward-facing go-to person for our internal clients.
  • Translate business needs into technical objectives for the development team.
  • Establish priorities, meet deadlines and work inside a rapidly changing environment, while managing several projects at the same time. (short/medium term).
Qualifications required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software engineering or information technology.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP and BI foundations is a plus.
  • Experience with business model analysis (BMA) and organizational process documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of retail sales systems management and/or of manufacturing.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Good analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to influence, convince and initiate change.
  • Strong analytical sense and synthetizing skills.
