Join us!Job SummaryThe Expert Solution Integrator plays an essential role in the Transportation application lifecycle as they are accountable to put in place the solution envisioned by the architects for projects or program for a specific domain. This position resides at the intersection between solution architecture, business analyst, design, development, technology integration, quality testing and project management. The Expert Solution Integrator’s main role is to act as a translator between the different roles within multiple projects in a domain, by ensuring a continued understanding of the solution amongst projects teams across the entire domain. They are the master of solution delivery and cross projects solution integration & design within that domain.The Expert Solution Integrator is accountable to materialize and deliver the proposed solution architecture and anticipated business value. They work closely with Business and *IT stakeholders during the planning phase to define the various functional components and cross project integration points of the solution. They assist in planning the delivery of the solution, identifying work packages, cross projects dependencies and sequencing of activities across the various teams involved in projects/programs that are part of their domain.They master the end-to-end solution, lead & deliver design decisions, solution integration and overall solution implementation. They provide guidance and leadership to the delivery pod(s) and leverages team member’s individual expertise to contribute to the achievement of the projects or program objective. The Expert Solution Integrator manages solution barriers, mitigates risks and escalates architecture changes. They ensure that all pieces of the solution in scope across the various projects are properly tested and that business requirements have been satisfied.The Expert Solution Integrator determines conversion strategy and collaborates with IT stakeholders to coordinate overall conversions, cutover, implementation and stabilization activities for the multiple projects in parallel.Main Responsibilities1.
