Job Description

Kiewit Canada is Hiring Labourers for multiple active and upcoming large scale construction projects across Canada, for a variety of positions and levels.Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year of construction experience for Entry Level (Traffic Control)
  • Minimum 5 Years of construction experience for Senior
  • Experience in a Civil/Pipeline construction environment
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s license required
  • Experience around large heavy equipment
Assets
  • Experience installing manholes, catch basins, & pipe
  • Small equipment experience with skid steer, packer, mini excavator an asset
  • Experience around large heavy equipment
  • Environmental training is an asset

  • Required Tickets/Certificates: WHIMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, Valid Driver License
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a Surehire Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Work test

A joint venture between Peter Kiewit & Sons and Emil Anderson Construction.*Camp, FIFO, LOA, AccommodationKEARL MPARFort Saskatchewan, ABConstruction of infrastructure such as a bridge and tunnels, construction of new access roads, and associated earthworks, electrical works and telecommunications works.*Camp, LOABuntzen Gates (BG)Coquitlam, BCThe replacement of water control gates and refurbishment of existing tunnel structure. Work includes demolition and replacement of at-grade and underground concrete elements, and ground support and shotcrete of the existing tunnel structure.*LocalPIICMultiple Locations, AlbertaTrans Mountain Project, responsible for building and powering the substations along the pipeline.
