Working alongside the Director, Procurement and Technology you’ll help improve the procurement process for a fast growing international company.Are you up to date· Minimum 3 years Direct Procurement experience· SCMP designation (or working towards) an asset· Advanced proficiency and comfort in Excel and data analysis including ability to identify and source needed information· Strong communication skills including vendor management experience at all levels· Experience in Real Estate management and insurance is an asset· Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and good judgment· Strong attention to detail and writing skills (procedures, specifications, contracts)· Experience navigating a fast-paced, changing environment· Excellent time management, with ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines· Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and diverse groups of stakeholdersResponsibilities: · Coordinating leases and vendor contracts with landlords and vendors· Data entry, report creation and discovery including vendor audit· Supporting the effective delivery of contracted services, budget and forecast reporting, purchasing of equipment and supplies, and occupancy services and administration· Assistance with corporate insurance renewals and reporting· Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination of work within client environment with minimal disruption· Acting as a liaison between vendors and departments for the procurement of goods and/or services· Facilitate assessment of vendor’s performance using various tools, reporting, internal feedback including development of KPI’s· Assist in other day-to-day procurement tasks as requiredOur MSP core values are: RESPECT, INNOVATION, COMMUNITY, EXCELLENCE, AGILITYWe are grateful for your interest and application.
