As an ASX listed company we see this investment in our business as crucial to preserving our position as number one Plans service provider globally and our new capability will strongly underpin our strategy to achieve growth.A role you will loveResponsible for testing new functionality and ensuring clients are set up correctly on the EquatePlus platform.Some of your key responsibilitiesPerform testing including but not limited to:

  • Complete company checks allocated by a Technical Lead
  • Complete release testing allocated by a Technical Lead based upon requirements provided by a Business Testing Lead
  • Testing business processes for new/changed functionality. Testing that the new development incorporates well into business process
  • Testing that a specific client’s upgrade rules have been configured and implemented as expected

De plus, nos nouvelles capacités organisationnelles renforcent considérablement notre stratégie de croissance.Un rôle qui vous plairaLe (La) titulaire du poste traitera rapidement et avec exactitude les opérations des régimes d’employé(e)s facultatifs et contributifs selon les exigences du client. Citons notamment : les achats et les ventes d’options d’achat d’actions, les émissions connexes, les achats et les affectations d’actions dans le cadre de régimes d’actionnariat des employé(e)s (RADE), etc.Responsabilités principalesPour venir en aide à la division des régimes d’employé(e)s, traiter les opérations des participants/clients en faisant ce qui suit :
  • Traitement quotidien de preuves des règlements
  • Traitement de paiements
  • Surveillance des entrées de fonds au comptant
  • Examen/libération des fonds par télévirements de clients
  • Surveillance des opérations boursières
  • Traitement des opérations en lot
  • Traitement quotidien des règlements en actions
Examiner/compenser les effets d’exception dans le cadre d’opérations rejetées, de règles périmées, d’anciens effets en espèces/actions. S’occuper également de répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients, notamment :
  • Surveillance des rejets d’émission
  • Équilibrage/arrêt des comptes de prête-nom
  • Vérification quotidienne de l’exactitude des activités de négociation
  • Surveillance quotidienne des rejets de paiement
  • Rapprocher, à la fin de la journée, toutes les entrées de fonds au comptant
  • Surveillance des comptes titres
  • Recherche des anciens effets et corrections en collaboration avec l’équipe Rapprochements
