Job Description

..YOUR MISSIONSWe are looking for a multinational in Longueuil, an accounts payable technician.You will be in charge of:

  • Full cycle of accounts payable for your scope
  • Verification and validation of invoices with purchase orders
  • Dispute management and follow-up with suppliers
  • Preparation and coding of invoices
  • Reconciliation of statements of accounts
  • Preparation of checks and payment of invoices,
  • Expense accounts
  • Process improvement
  • Be the resource person for the team
YOUR PROFILEDEC or BAC in accounting
  • 3-5 years and more in a similar position
  • Bilingual French / English
  • Mastery of Oracle
  • Salary: $55-60K + benefits
