As the first and last smile our patients see when visiting our office you’ll directly work to engage with our patients and dental team to book appointments, process payments and ensure the smooth operations of the practice. Reporting directly to the Office Manager we’re looking for an individual who has the flexibility to support various administrative tasks as required.Services Schedule: Part-time (2 - 3 days per week)The Office Receptionist we are looking for is:

  • Personable and places patient experience first, and
  • A high level of integrity and dependability and attention to detail
As a Office Receptionist at Kootenay Family Dental, you will:
  • Provide exceptional patient experience,
  • Manage patient billing accurately, and
  • Help patients look forward to the dentist
