Job Description

Job DescriptionAs aProduct Designer you will be responsible for leading a team in creating functional and decorative concrete structures, surfaces, and artworks. Your work will involve the skilled manipulation of concrete materials to produce a variety of finished products, ranging from chairs, coffee tables, outdoor furniture to sculptures and architectural elements. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will contribute to producing high-quality, visually appealing, and durable concrete pieces.ResponsibilitiesConcrete Forming and Pouring:

  • Constructing molds and forms according to design specifications.
  • Mixing and pouring concrete into molds with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring proper reinforcement and structural integrity of concrete forms.
Surface Finishing and Texturing:
  • Finishing concrete surfaces using various techniques such as troweling, polishing, staining, and stamping.
  • Creating textures and patterns to achieve desired aesthetic effects.
  • Applying sealants, coatings, and other finishes to protect and enhance the appearance of concrete surfaces.
Artistic Design and Sculpting:
  • Collaborating with designers to conceptualize and develop custom concrete designs.
  • Sculpting and shaping concrete by hand or using specialized tools to create unique artistic pieces.
  • Incorporating decorative elements such as aggregates, pigments, and embedments into concrete compositions.
Quality Control and Assurance:
  • Inspecting finished concrete products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
  • Identifying and addressing any defects or imperfections in concrete surfaces.
  • Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Properly handling and disposing of hazardous materials associated with concrete work.
  • Train employee and maintain the production of newly developed products.
