  • Ensuring the management and supervision of daily operations
  • Staff management including scheduling and training
  • While it is the intent to maintain a regular schedule, this role may require additional shift coverage when necessary
  • Assisting with inventory: ordering, receiving, pricing, stocking and merchandising
  • Assisting with monthly inventory counts
  • Organizing returns and stock adjustments accordingly
  • Check merchandising regularly to ensure it is correctly priced, displayed, and meets quality standards for cleanliness
  • Communication of the features and benefits of new products to sales associates in a timely manner
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of sales, promotions, and events
  • Work closely with upper management to continuously develop the online presence of Violet Wild.
  • Modelling exemplary customer service and product knowledge
  • Ensure all in-store technologies are functioning as expected
  • Communication of facility repairs and maintenance to management in a timely manner
