Your Opportunity:Working with the Strathmore and Chestermere Addiction and Mental Health clinic, the Social Worker II will provide support to children and families as they strive to improve their child/youths mental health and well being. The Social Worker II will work primarily in an outreach role, with parent and youth in their home, schools and community setting.
