This position is responsible for various administrative duties, and providing support to the branch/office as required.Duties include, but are not limited to:Provide reception dutiesMonitor warranty claimsSupport invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and wholegoods processingResponsible for branch deposits, safety coordinationGeneral administrative duties as assignedOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:Must possess excellent communication/organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeRequired Experience:Previous experience in service administration and safety coordination is considered an assetOffice Education diploma/certificate is considered an assetRequired SkillsRequired Experience
