Utilizing general technical knowledge and customer service skills to provide exceptional service in an effective and timely manner.A key administrative resource to the shop supervisors. Opens and structures work orders, check for service letters, checks warranty status, check if the machine repair is customer pay (if so complete customer with quotes as required), check w/o history, create quotes, review pre-job checklists, review blue sheets, check credit, obtaining quote approvals, administering TRG’s, Issuing PO’s and booking local suppliers, and other administrative duties as applicable to ensure supervisors can manage shop workflow.Scheduling repairs. Works closely with shop supervisors, MSSRs & PSSRs to meet all deadlines and ensure effective communication at all levels.A primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders for main shop repairs, including handling customer walk-ins.WIP management. Work with the product support coordinator to ensure all invoicing is done accurately and efficiently. Proofreading service reports, ensuring local purchase amounts, pricing and segment coding is accurate.A key resource for administration of warranty and goodwill claims as directed by service supervisor and product support manager.Job Qualifications :Demonstrates technical knowledge of the Heavy Equipment industry.Ability to interact & communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational skillsComputer knowledge including DBS, Scheduler, Microsoft Excel, WordOther Information :Comments :Quick Apply
