Job Description

MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL - CAMPS AND LODGESJ.D. Irving, Limited is currently seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Professional, to help maintain Fishing Lodges on the Restigouche River in Northern NB. The position is seasonal but a full-time extension may be possible for the right candidate.Why Choose this Job:Do you have a passion for the outdoors and maintaining remote properties Do you enjoy working with a variety jobs and people every day and have a strong customer focusLocation: Restigouche River - Kedgwick/Campbellton

  • A term employment from June until November with possibility of extension.
  • Work outdoors in one of the province #39;s most scenic areas
  • Manage and complete different tasks, daily.
The Job:
  • Working as a team player, maintaining the sites where we operate
  • Interacting and maintaining positive public relations with guests
  • Various maintenance activities as required, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical.
  • Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained where we operate.
  • Managing a schedule and purchasing supplies
  • Ability to be flexible and travel to remote locations.
Your Qualifications:
  • Customer Focused
  • Outgoing
  • Red Seal trades welcomed
  • Knowledge/skills in all trades, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical
  • Work may be required on evenings and weekends.
  • Motivated to work with minimal supervision.
  • Committed to top performance in a safe work environment.
  • Willing and able to work remotely.
  • Valid class 5 driver #39;s license.
  • Team player
