You have a sound understanding of the programs and courses offered and outstanding communication and interviewing skills (primarily telephone-based). You have excellent organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail. You have high standards of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to changing lives.Admissions Advisors work both directly with students and with other university departments to ensure a smooth transition into university programs and courses.Whats in it for youAdditional pay:

What you will do:
  • Utilize excellent sales and customer service skills to promote the program to prospective students via phone, email, and text to secure enrollments.
  • Advise prospective students using a consultative process and guide them through the admissions process with the goal of determining if the program is a fit for their educational needs.
  • Achieve daily efficiency metrics pertaining to lead follow up policy, daily call volume, talk time, new applications, and document collection.
  • Achieve quarterly assigned enrollment targets
  • Effectively follow departmental lead management guidelines for all leads
  • Build and manage active pipeline of leads
  • Utilize database to efficiently track interactions and the progression of all assigned leads
  • Actively participate in daily meetings and come prepared to discuss performance data, prospective applicants, and creative strategies to enhance your performance
  • Monitor application process to ensure effective communication in tandem with application deadlines
  • Implement an email strategy designed to re-engage leads that have fallen to inactive statuses
  • Review previous term’s conversion metrics to forecast future enrollment metrics
  • Requires the ability to work under pressure a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needs
What you bring:
  • 4-year degree preferred, OR appropriate combination of education and significant experience.
  • Experience within inside sales, outside sales or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience in higher education and/or college admissions and recruitment beneficial but not required.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, and weekends as business needs dictate.
