Job Description

Position: Electrical Engineer/ Product EngineerLocation: Woodbridge, ON Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per yearIndustry: Manufacturing / Electrical / Electrical Engineer / Product EngineerEmployment Term: Full-Time / In-person Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the company upholds its quality standards by employing engineering methods grounded in best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor the engineering team
  • Review documents, materials, and products to ensure they meet the company #39;s industry standards.
  • Foster open communication and a safe work environment for team development.
  • Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after installation.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, representing the company professionally.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies for a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Additional related duties.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree or a 3-year diploma in Electronic Controls or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in testing engineering.
  • Extensive experience in Manufacturing especially in PCB design.
  • Proficiency in key software applications including AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, REVIT, programming languages (C, C++), and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in project management with a keen focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability in written and verbal communication, including the development and delivery of presentations.
