Job Description

LOCATION  North York (1111 Finch Avenue W., Suite #19, Toronto, ON M3J 2E5)TTC Finch 36/336 bus route stop directly in front of buildingWe Offer:

  • $18/hour ($19/hour after 3 month probation period)
  • Full Time hours: 4 days/week; 36 hours/week
  • Monday – Thursday (Fridays off): 10am - 8pm; extra hours available on Fridays (optional)
  • Training for the first 4 weeks will be 7 am - 3 pm
  • Overtime availability
  • 2 weeks of vacation per year with 3 weeks after 5 years
  • Full Gold Level Benefits with Manulife after 3 months’ probation

About the CompanyReunion Foods Inc., makers of Mother Raw was created with the vision of providing an alternative line of food products that are delicious, nutritious, organic, non-GMO, minimally processed and free of the most common allergen containing ingredients.We are currently looking for a Food Production Worker to join our team!About the OpportunityAs an elite manufacturer of organic dressings, dips and sauces, we are looking for a Food Production Worker with immaculate attention to detail to help in our facility. If you have a solid understanding of good manufacturing processes and food preparation, with the ability to assist in a General Labour capacity, we want to hear from you!Specific Responsibilities
  • Operating under strict Food GMP practices
  • Follow all food and employee safety practices
  • Weigh and measure ingredients for batches
  • Operate cold blender to prepare batches
  • Measure and record key quality and food safety information
  • Operate equipment to fill glass and plastic containers
  • Label, seal and pack jars/bottles in to corrugate
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly sanitizing/cleaning processes
  • Receive, count and reconcile raw and packaging inventory
  • Pick, pack and load orders for customers as required
  • Support operations department to achieve Company KPI targets

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. repetitively for the 10-hour shift
  • Must be able to work on their feet for the entire 10-hour shift
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
Previous Experience Preferred
  • Prior experience in food or packaged goods manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in the food industry related to manufacturing
