Job Description

The IT and Application Support Specialist provides technical support and maintenance for this company #39;s Microsoft Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who interacts with all associates, possesses a positive can-do attitude and a high degree of attention to detail. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe selected individual will work in an organized manner, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the following:

  • Under the guidance of senior team members, assist in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
  • Support senior team members in gathering requirements and implementing basic customizations and project enhancements.
  • Learn to perform basic system administration tasks within the Microsoft Cloud Platform, such as user management and security configuration.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and creating documentation to educate users on Microsoft Cloud Platform functionality and best practices.

  • A Bachelor #39;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) or Power Platform (e.g., PL-900) are a plus but not required.
WORK EXPERIENCEamp; ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
SKILLSamp; COMPETENCIES
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform is required.
  • The ability to solve complex problems calmly and logically.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects by prioritizing and planning work activities using time efficiently.
  • Effective English language communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with internal staff and external users professionally.
