The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing all automated marketing campaigns for both Yorkville University and Toronto Film School.II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive engagement, conversion and retentionWork with Marketing team members to structure and create campaigns communicating the brand visions of both Yorkville University and Toronto Film School that map the marketing funnel and student journey behaviours.Partner with growth marketers, CRM Manager, analytics team and admissions team to build and execute a lead scoring systemWork with Brand Managers to create audiences & inspiring email nurturing programs.Create A/B test roadmap, measure campaign performance and optimize towards conversion and retentionSupport the development, implementation and maintenance of the Marketing department CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce) and integrated platforms.Manage the system creations for lead nurturing, marketing analytics, and campaign development and setups.Ensure the ongoing maintenance of email schedules, datasets within the automation platforms (e.g. unsubscribes and event tracking), campaign adjustments, and systems integrations.Support new automated program tactics and initiatives.Responsible for troubleshooting lead flow processes and tracking issues.Manage implementation of solutions for individual brands while maintaining cohesive and uniform development standard across multiple Digital Messaging platformsIII. POSITION PROFILEA. Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience3 years of experience of working with CRM systems and automated Marketing campaignsProficient in how a marketing automation system works and the understanding of its impact in an organization (Marketo or equivalent marketing automation systems).Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua experience is considered an assetB.
