Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function. Position: National Payroll ManagerLocation: Concord, ON Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: CPG / Payroll / HR / CommercialEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of payroll, including day-to-day operations, process and workflow standardization, and management.
  • Manage all payroll activities across Canada utilizing Dayforce HCMamp; ADP WFN
  • Preparing reports by compiling summaries of company earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability payments, and non-taxable wages.
  • Preparing year-end employee tax slips or forms and submitting government filings to meet deadlines
  • Identifying any areas of improvement within the payroll process and leading the implementation of new payroll processes and systems
  • Leading the payroll team of administrators, which may include delegating, reviewing work, training, and coaching.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee records by adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism to safeguard employee privacy.
  • Performs all other duties.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • 5+ years of payroll management experience
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation of the Provincialamp; Federal Tax Regulations
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is preferred.
  • Experience with Dayforce HCMamp; ADP WFN
  • Advanced understanding and experience in accounting principles, practices, and general ledgers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to changing work demands and deadlines.
