We are in business to help our customers succeed!Our Distribution Centre in Concord is looking for a Night Shift Lead Hand to join our team! Under the supervision of the Overnight Operations Manager, the Night Shift Lead Hand will perform all tasks assigned within the Night Shift Loading and Pipe Yard department.When you join Team Noble, success is in store for you too. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the completion of picking, Loading, and sorting processes on the Night Shift
  • Arrange paperwork for the loading of the “early trucks”
  • Arrange and coordinate the loading of all trucks that depart at or prior to midnight.
  • Oversee loading product onto trucks in a TWL/DQ/Trend environment.
  • Assign trucks and loading priority to staff.
  • Create and review pipe pick lists, electronically and manually.
  • Provide DQ and MTR support to staff.
  • Coordinate truck movements with loaders and shunt drivers.
  • Coordinate the transition from the afternoon loading lead hand to the night loading staff.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve loading issues that occur during the process.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Work on any given "special" assignments.
  • Executes all other duties required by the position and/or asked by the immediate supervisor.
  • Available for additional overtime or flexible hours.
  • Provide support to the Order Coordinator in day-to-day tasks
Qualifications:You Must Have:
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage internal Teammates as well as external customers and vendors
  • Ability to operate a Raymond Reach, Order Picker, Sit-Down Electric Forklift
  • Knowledge of Trend/TWL/DQ/email and Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with Teammates
  • Ability to foster a team-first environment that strives for excellence
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with a proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • An eye for detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude towards others
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with WMS and RF technology
