We are in business to help our customers succeed!The Project Support Coordinator will support branch operations and/or retail location projects. Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Manager/ Coordinator with planning, researching, and executing branch projects.
  • Maintain business relationships and coordinate meetings with vendors.
  • Assist in designing a store locations’ warehouse and front of house spaces with consideration for optimal efficiency
  • Collaborate within a team on project expectations and deadlines
  • Track and report on project goals and progress
  • Gather and track vendor records, such as EFT documents, insurance certificates, WSIB and liability waivers
  • Produce concept drawings in AutoCAD 2D
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:You Must Have:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle - will require travel to locations across Ontario
  • Experience with trades and or projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to analyze information and provide efficient solutions
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with coworkers
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Cognos Reporting
  • Experience in retail store layout design/re-structure
  • Experience with an ERP system
