We strive to provide an environment that is positive, innovative, hard-working, and fun.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Rope access technician with experience in window cleaning and window caulking. Reporting to an Operations Supervisor, the Window Cleaner/Window caulker is responsible for acting as an ambassador for Aurum. This is accomplished through providing professional cleaning services and adhering to all company and legislated Healthamp; Safety.As a window cleaner, there will be great use of various levels of approach depending on the scope of work. These include ladders, boom/scissor lifts, and extension or reverse-osmosis poles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exterior and/or interior window cleaning methods for typical maintenance or post-construction.
  • Performing thorough inspections of windows and doors to identify areas requiring caulking and isolation
  • Apply caulking compounds using appropriate techniques to achieve proper adhesion and sealing
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment for caulking and sealing tasks
  • Comply with all relevant safety procedures and company policies and standards.
  • Maintain assigned equipment, handling it with care and responsibility.
  • Communicate regularly with the manager to provide updates and receive instructions.
  • Other tasks that may include, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning.
  • Participate in assigned training as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Skillsamp; Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and motivation to learn.
  • Prior experience in window caulking is a must.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with strong communication skills
  • Confidence to practice safe work procedures and comfortable working at heights.
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding environment where you are required to lift 30-50 lbs.
  • Working at heights experience preferred.
  • Availability to work in the evenings and weekends.
  • Willing to work 32-44 hours per week.
  • Willing to work night shifts (1-2 days per month)
