Job Description

Join the Stage team and grow with us as a Sales and Marketing!Position Summary:The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the Sales and Marketing team to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and foster strong customer relationships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion. The Manager plays a critical role in guiding the team to success and contributing to the overall profitability and success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes a full understanding of Stage products and services, including windows, patio doors, and entry doors; building a strong knowledge foundation of operations, typical installations, accessories, and performances.
  • Develops and executes the overall sales strategy for Stage, aligning with the Company’s strategic goals.
  • Oversees the management of a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and dealers, negotiating contracts and agreements reporting weekly to the President; Establishing schedules for client meetings to establish and foster relationships.
  • Conducts internal plant tours for existing and potential clients with the ability to provide in-depth product and company information dog and pony shows to solicit business and train new customers.
  • Develops and implements customer marketing strategies by channels that align with sales objectives, product development plans, and management objectives, and drive demand among retailers and distributors.
  • Oversees marketing initiatives, including analyzing marketing data, consumer behavior, and sales performance to optimize product design, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
  • Develops a strong understanding of Stage internal systems, including Fenevision with confidence to conduct training sessions and field inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Creates, manages, and optimizes budgets to ensure profitability, promotions, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies are effectively executed with a focus on ROI; Partnering closely with the Finance team to obtain information on costs and profitability to evaluate gaps and manage sales function effectively.
  • Provides strong leadership to the Sales and Marketing team, motivating members to achieve growth targets with a one-goal mindset by leveraging customer marketing and management support.
  • Stays informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales, marketing, and management strategies accordingly.
  • Ensures customers are provided with literature, samples, and tools required to support sales efforts, business growth, and client needs.
  • Collaborates with all other functional teams to align support ensuring cohesive marketing plans, Fenevision training for customers, coordination of internal resources, and effective promotional campaigns.
  • Gathers and analyzes customer insights, feedback, and data to identify client needs, preferences, and pain points, and utilize this information to drive customer-centric marketing, sales, and management strategies.
Educationamp; Experience:
  • Post Graduate education.
  • Experience working within the windows and doors manufacturing industry.
  • 5+ years as a sales, business development, or marketing manager.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and prioritization.
  • Experience working with AutoCAD is considered an asset.
