Job Description

Job Title: Associate Lawyer- General Civil LitigationOverview:Our client is seeking a talented associate to work with general civil litigation files. They boast a collegial work culture and strong engagement. The successful candidate ideally will have experience with general civil litigation files and estates litigation cases.Experience within commercial litigation, family law, or employment law may be considered as well.Requirements:

  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia and in good standing.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant civil litigation experience.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze legal issues and provide effective, timely advice.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as well as to run their own files.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collegial team.
