Our team is dedicated to finding the best candidates for our clients and helping individuals find their dream jobs.We seek a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the set-up and clean-up of construction sites
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Perform general labor duties as directed by the site supervisor
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors - Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Assist with any other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation
  • Safety-conscious and able to follow protocols and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is an asset
