We also offer paid vacation time, sick/personal days and fully paid benefits after 3 months’ probation (Life, Accidental Deathamp; Disability, Short and Long-Term Disability, Extended Health, Dental, Employee Assistance Program and RRSP Program with company matching your contributions, up to 3% of your salary).JOB SUMMARYThe Customer Support Representative (CSR) will help ensure our sales team is continually providing the highest level of service support to our customers and be responsible for creating proposals, processing orders, and providing all the necessary customer support; the CSR will takeamp; respond to calls from customers regarding quotes, orders, and miscellaneous customer service requests.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service support
  • Process sales orders and proposals and input customers information
  • Respond to all incoming customer sales and service requests
  • Review daily report to identify any potential delivery issues on backorder; appropriately address any exceptions
  • Represent our products and services in an informative and engaging manner, with the ability to offer additional recommendations
  • Execute all sales administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
  • Update CRM with activities and contact records on timely fashion
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to align priorities and methodologies for territories
  • Liaise between departments to problem solve
  • Additional project work, as determined by Sales Operations Manager

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in sales and customer service support
  • Proven customer service skills and familiarity with phone etiquette
  • Strong understanding of Internet based tools and MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with any CRM, ideally Salesforce is desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and listening skills
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks and shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with colleagues
