Sound like youJOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) will be responsible for driving the marketing communications plan for our law enforcement and wasteamp; recycling business units, ensuring all external communications match our brand, vision, and corporate objectives. The MCM will develop a deep understanding of market and competitive dynamics, and the target audience personas to conceive and develop the innovative marketing programs and strategies that drive demand for our products in their respective markets.You’ll define and communicate omni-channel promotional campaigns to support business unit and corporate goals, working closely with the creative and production team to develop content while ensuring alignment with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams. You’ll bring your proven track record of core marketing expertise and leadership to create effective, data-driven, marketing programs that deliver measurable results. ESSENTIAL DUTIESamp; RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic insight and accountability for development and execution of Law Enforcement and Wasteamp; Recycling Business Unit Marketing plans ensuring alignment with PTLW and corporate goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to address key target audience segments to ensure consistent growth and achievement of revenue goals
  • Write clear creative briefs and campaign plans to contribute to content development to fuel regular communications via social media, email, print and online advertising, video, speaking engagements, company blog and website, tradeshows, and events.
  • Manage campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure the all materials (email content, landing pages, sales aids, print and online ads, collateral, videos, and social media posts) are ready on-time and on-budget.
  • Manage and coordinate Marcom projects, public and media relations, and external communications.
  • Contribute key marketing deliverables, including but not limited to market and competitive research, sales support materials, advertising, events and promotional strategy, to the Go-To-Market launch process for new products.
  • Manage budget, project plan and oversee execution of Tradeshow presence for large annual events.
  • Contribute to regular updates to the corporate website and community portal
  • Assist in company-wide brand consistency and corporate style; monitor dealer and business partner adherence to corporate brand guidelines, trademarks, legal standards.
  • Negotiate media and vendor contracts and recommend the best channels to promote Safe Fleet products.
  • Liaise with PR firm and target media outlets with the goal of driving coverage of Safe Fleet products and services
  • Accountable for adherence to annual Marketing budget and expense approval process (monthly reporting)
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to manage marketing program effectiveness and deliver monthly/quarterly marketing results (campaign metrics, KPIs, scorecard, achievement against plan) at team meetings.
  • Direct and manage Marketing Intern activities and output.

  • Disciplined self-starter with 5+ years of marketing communications management experience preferably in a technology B2B environment; experience marketing to Law Enforcement or Wasteamp; Recycling would be an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma/experience in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in researching, writing and delivering marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate a positive attitude with excellent people skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid passport is required – occasional travel between the US and Canada.
