Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic team at Ampco. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of screen-printing equipment, from single-color semi-automatic presses to multi-color presses, using UV, solvent, and other ink types. Your primary duties will include producing high-quality screen-printed parts, inspecting finished products, and ensuring colour accuracy. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct production screen printing of parts following routing, flow charts, and drawings.
• Inspect screen-printed parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Validate print colours against Pantone, RAL, and/or customer-provided control samples.
• Complete accurate job labor entries.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Hand, Supervisor, and/or Manager.

What You Bring to Ampco:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Familiarity with automatic and semi-automatic screen-printing presses preferred.
• Experience and/or coursework in Print or Colour Management is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A positive attitude and self-motivation with a strong work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Good eye-hand coordination.
• An eye for colour, with the ability to pass a colour blindness test.

• Pay Range: The typical hiring range for this position is from $19.00 - $27.55 hourly; the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
