This diverse position conducts various pipeline maintenance activities and operates assets to minimize asset downtime throughout the district (Throne and Stanmore areas).Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:5 years + of related Oilfield Operations work.Skills:Strong troubleshooting capabilitiesExcellent teamwork with strong communication skillsComputer competency with knowledge in MS Office productsKey Activities and ResponsibilitiesRegular site inspections at various Stations and Pipeline Terminals including ensuring general housekeeping is maintained to the highest standardConduct measurement activities in compliance with company and other required measurement standardsManage and Support IPL Truck Unloading Operations, train external stakeholders on the safe and effective offloadingRespond to PLM and emergency conditions within the district as required.Provide support to Operations Engineering and Project Development on assigned projects within the districtRoutine operation and maintenance pigging supportTroubleshooting support to Leak Detection and Measurement GroupsParticipate in the district on-call rotation as assignedComplete preventative and corrective maintenance as per set standardsMaintain assets in a safe, reliable operating conditionSchedule:Full time, 9 x 80 rotation, Monday- FridayActive role in the on-call rotationAs this position is identified as safety and security sensitive, employment of a final candidate will be conditional upon completion of pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol, drivers abstract and criminal background check assessments with satisfactory results.
