• Gérer les appels de nos clients (nous ne sommes pas un centre de télémarketing)
• Répondre de manière professionnelle aux appelants, fournir et prendre de linformation des appelants
• Recevoir et acheminer les messages critiques vers le personnel de garde en priorisant les appels durgence
• Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et précis

Exigences techniques de travaille à domicile

• Doit avoir son propre ordinateur personnel et portable
• Internet haute vitesse qui répond à nos exigences et critère de minimum 6mb de téléchargement descendant et de 2mb téléchargement ascendant
• Vous devez fournir votre propre casque découte USB (Bluetooth NON autorisé)
• Lordinateur devra être connecté à votre routeur/modem avec connexion Ethernet filaire. Vous ne pourrez PAS utiliser Wi-Fi avec notre système

Les aptitudes requises et recherchées

• Attitude positive et enthousiaste
• Maitrise de lécriture anglaise et française
• Être à laise à linformatique, notamment avec le système dexploitation Windows
• Être ponctuel
• Capacité dapprentissage rapide et savoir écrire 36 mots par minute
• Diplôme détudes secondaire ou équivalent (préférable)
• Aimer travailler en équipe

Technical Requirements When Working from Home:

• Must have your own personal computer or laptop.
• High-Speed Broadband Internet that meets our requirements of at least 6mb download and 2mb upload. (Speed test instructions are provided further below in this ad for your convenience.)
• You must provide your own USB headset while working from home (Bluetooth is NOT permitted)
• Computer will need to be connected to your router/modem with a wired, Ethernet connection. You will NOT be able to work using Wi-Fi with our system.

General Job Requirements

• A friendly and upbeat voice and a positive attitude
• Good grammar and spelling as well as a professional demeanor
• Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
• Punctual with great attendance
• Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
