Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • No Holidays
  • No early morning shifts
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • You will be conducting telephone surveys to our clients about customer satisfaction, home improvement issues, and more
  • Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner
  • Adhere to the staffing schedule
Qualifications:
  • A basic understanding of computers, would be an asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words
Job Types: Full-time, CasualSalary: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour plus full benefits and regular weekly bonusesSchedule:
  • 6 - 8 hour in office shift
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
