Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.We have a full-time position available for an energetic, customer focused cleaner at Maplehurst Apartments. This role will be working 8-4:30pm during the work week.Responsibilities:•Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste•Pick up garbage•Empty trash cans and other waste containers•Sweep, mop and vacuum hallways, entrances and stairs•Other duties as requiredQualifications:•Previous experience in similar role•Previous experience in a customer service role an asset•Proven communication skills, both written and oralApplication: Please fill out our online application form.Killam is an equal opportunity employer.
