Job Description

Atlantic Environmental Systems9-10 Morris Drive, Dartmouth NS B3B 1K7We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Reliable self owned transportation to get to/from pre-arranged appointments
  • Fluent in English
The job involves an 8 hour work day with no weekends or holiday work required. You will be paid on a weekly basis and we will provide you with a great bonus and compensation package.
