Job Description

Miller Optometry in Dartmouth, NS is looking for one clinic manager to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 90 Hector Gate Dartmouth Crossing. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, collaborative, and engaged.If you are looking for a rare opportunity to join a growing company and make a difference everyday in your colleagues and patients, this may be the job for you.Experience in the optometry or optical industry is key, coupled with leadership and strong managerial skills. In this role, you will lead a group of dynamic professionals and help us provide the very best of patient experience.We offer a competitive salary, benefits and monthly employee bonus, after 3 month probationary period.Responsibilities

    *Working between two HRM locations and helping grow our business and maintaining the highest of service standards *Scheduling employees for maximum efficiency, monitoring attendance and punctuality *Keeping our Brigade spirit alive by exemplifying the culture and Ocean Optometry Inc. Creed *Acting as a liason between employees and Leadership Team and Owners *Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on the WOW experience. *Accurate use of the sales and practice management systems. *Motivating and mentoring staff, working closely with optometrists for best clinic efficiency and patient care *Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required for business needs
Qualifications
    *Experience in the Optometry or Optical industry *Post Secondary Education *2+ years experience leading teams *5+ years customer service experience *Ability to work between Halifax and Dartmouth
